ZCCHC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,087 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTREX, SNRPD2, and RSRC2. Each is linked with ZCCHC8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC8-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC8 versus MTREX in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
