Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,759 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZCCHC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE, RFC5, and TMPO. Each is linked with ZCCHC8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC8-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC8 versus POLE in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
