ZCCHC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZCCHC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,822 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with ZCCHC8 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC8-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by ZCCHC8-low versus ZCCHC8-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
