ZCCHC7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,670 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF347, HLA-DRB5, and H2BC18. Each is linked with ZCCHC7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC7-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC7 versus ZNF347 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
