ZCCHC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 484 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAV10, MIR521-2, and OR5D3P. Each is linked with ZCCHC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC7-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAV10 grouped by ZCCHC7-low versus ZCCHC7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
