ZCCHC24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,171 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, CNRIP1, and SORBS3. Each is linked with ZCCHC24 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC24-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC24 versus MAP1A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC24→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
