ZCCHC24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,451 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC24-associated genes across cancer lineages are COTL1P2, WRBP1, and MIR6803. Each is linked with ZCCHC24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC24-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COTL1P2 grouped by ZCCHC24-low versus ZCCHC24-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC24→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
