Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC24 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC24-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ZCCHC24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC24-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC24 results are reported.
