Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZCCHC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZCCHC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP9-1, RBMY1J, and SLC14A2. Each is linked with ZCCHC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC2-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP9-1 grouped by ZCCHC2-low versus ZCCHC2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
