ZCCHC18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,848 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS7, MYH10, and QKI. Each is linked with ZCCHC18 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC18-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC18 versus MRPS7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
