Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC18-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p27_pT198, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with ZCCHC18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC18-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC18 results are reported.
