Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZCCHC18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,250 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Positive regulation of action potential, and Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition. Each is linked with ZCCHC18 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC18-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC18 results are reported.
