ZCCHC14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,512 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RANBP10, UBAP2L, and INTS3. Each is linked with ZCCHC14 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC14-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC14 versus RANBP10 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
