ZCCHC12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,018 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPRASP2, FRRS1L, and LRCH2. Each is linked with ZCCHC12 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC12-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC12 versus GPRASP2 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
