ZCCHC12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,676 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GDI1, PPP1R14A, and GNAO1. Each is linked with ZCCHC12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC12-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC12 versus GDI1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
