ZCCHC12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,357 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRD1, LMOD1, and TNXB. Each is linked with ZCCHC12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC12-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC12 versus ADGRD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
