ZCCHC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,033 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, SKA1, and PATL1. Each is linked with ZCCHC12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC12-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by ZCCHC12-low versus ZCCHC12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
