Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZCCHC12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,615 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZCCHC12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, and mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with ZCCHC12 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC12-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions grouped by ZCCHC12-low versus ZCCHC12-high in LUNG_SCLC.
