Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZCCHC10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZCCHC10 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZCCHC10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZCCHC10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where ZCCHC10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
