ZCCHC10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,534 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA4, KDM3B, and SKP1. Each is linked with ZCCHC10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC10-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC10 versus HSPA4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
