Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,577 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZCCHC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATXN7L2, ASXL1, and CCNL2. Each is linked with ZCCHC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC10-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC10 versus ATXN7L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
