Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZC4H2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZC4H2 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher ZC4H2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC4H2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCS, UCEC, and BRCA are the cancer types where ZC4H2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
