ZC4H2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC4H2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,330 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC4H2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH2, FAM83H, and TNS3_S969. Each is linked with ZC4H2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC4H2-to-partner and partner-to-ZC4H2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC4H2 versus DDAH2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC4H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC4H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
