Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC4H2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,459 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC4H2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMAN2, APLP2, and MIR606. Each is linked with ZC4H2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC4H2-to-partner and partner-to-ZC4H2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC4H2 versus LMAN2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC4H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC4H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
