Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC4H2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC4H2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, 14-3-3_epsilon, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with ZC4H2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC4H2-to-partner and partner-to-ZC4H2 results are reported.
