Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC4H2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,497 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC4H2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of organelle assembly, Negative regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion, and Negative regulation of maintenance of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with ZC4H2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC4H2-to-partner and partner-to-ZC4H2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of organelle assembly grouped by ZC4H2-low versus ZC4H2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
