ZC3HC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC3HC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,596 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3HC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCF2, TNPO3, and NUP205. Each is linked with ZC3HC1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3HC1-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3HC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3HC1 versus ABCF2 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3HC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3HC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
