Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZC3HAV1L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZC3HAV1L data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZC3HAV1L mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC3HAV1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LSCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where ZC3HAV1L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
