Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZC3H8 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZC3H8 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ZC3H8 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC3H8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA are the cancer types where ZC3H8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
