ZC3H8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,041 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3H8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSB, DDX51, and NOP56. Each is linked with ZC3H8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H8-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H8 versus SSB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
