Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC3H8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,109 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with ZC3H8 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H8-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body grouped by ZC3H8-low versus ZC3H8-high in LUNG_SCLC.
