Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,166 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H7B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ST13, GTPBP1, and ATXN10. Each is linked with ZC3H7B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H7B-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H7B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H7B versus ST13 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
