ZC3H18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 13,020 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3H18-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, TTN, and ZNF536. Each is linked with ZC3H18 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H18-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by ZC3H18-low versus ZC3H18-high in GBM.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
