Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC3H18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,256 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3H18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Nucleic acid transport, and RNA transport. Each is linked with ZC3H18 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H18-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H18 results are reported.
