Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC3H18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 676 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H18-associated genes across cancer lineages are OOSP3, AHSA1, and RAP1GDS1. Each is linked with ZC3H18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H18-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H18 results are reported.
