Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,223 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR12, CPSF3, and MCM3. Each is linked with ZC3H15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H15-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H15 versus WDR12 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
