Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,261 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H14-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, DLST, and MTHFD1. Each is linked with ZC3H14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H14-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H14 versus VRK1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
