Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZC3H12D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZC3H12D data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZC3H12D Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC3H12D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ZC3H12D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
