The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZC3H12D mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC3H12D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and HNSC show a favorable association.
LUAD and HNSC are the cancer types where ZC3H12D mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
