Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H12C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,146 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3H12C-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPAT, TRAPPC10, and UBXN7. Each is linked with ZC3H12C in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H12C-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H12C results are reported.
