Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC3H12C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,360 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H12C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDX, PANX1, and MSANTD4. Each is linked with ZC3H12C in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H12C-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H12C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H12C versus RDX in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H12C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H12C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
