Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZC3H12A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZC3H12A data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher ZC3H12A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC3H12A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

PAAD, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ZC3H12A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
