Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZC3H11A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZC3H11A data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 11 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher ZC3H11A mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC3H11A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, UCEC, and LSCC are the cancer types where ZC3H11A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
