ZC2HC1C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC2HC1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,453 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC2HC1C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COLGALT1, DDAH1, and FKBP3. Each is linked with ZC2HC1C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC2HC1C-to-partner and partner-to-ZC2HC1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC2HC1C versus COLGALT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC2HC1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC2HC1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
