Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC2HC1C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,799 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC2HC1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFS, DYRK4, and GMDS. Each is linked with ZC2HC1C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC2HC1C-to-partner and partner-to-ZC2HC1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC2HC1C versus EFS in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC2HC1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC2HC1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
