Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC2HC1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,206 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC2HC1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-13P, C2orf69P4, and OR5H2. Each is linked with ZC2HC1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC2HC1C-to-partner and partner-to-ZC2HC1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-13P grouped by ZC2HC1C-low versus ZC2HC1C-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC2HC1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC2HC1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
