Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC2HC1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,008 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC2HC1C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pentose catabolic process, Xenophagy, and Nuclear envelope organization. Each is linked with ZC2HC1C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC2HC1C-to-partner and partner-to-ZC2HC1C results are reported.
