Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB8B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 402 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PMP22, GPR63, and RPS12. Each is linked with ZBTB8B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB8B-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB8B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PMP22 grouped by ZBTB8B-low versus ZBTB8B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
