Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB8A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,745 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-26P, COX15, and MON1A. Each is linked with ZBTB8A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB8A-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB8A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-26P grouped by ZBTB8A-low versus ZBTB8A-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
