Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,814 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB7B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of NK T cell activation, Negative regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, and Regulation of brown fat cell differentiation. Each is linked with ZBTB7B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB7B-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB7B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of NK T cell activation grouped by ZBTB7B-low versus ZBTB7B-high in BONE.
